Our belief is that there is no ‘one-size fits all solution’ for implementing a Control Tower. Whenever we integrate a new customer, we always start with an in-depth analysis of their supply chain and a focus on the flow of goods and information. We then use this analysis to work closely with the customer to identify potential financial and service level improvements – as well as a variety of other supply chain optimizations and synergies – while ensuring the right level of supply chain agility. This approach allows us to identify each customers’ unique situation and needs as we leverage our existing market, transport and supply chain knowledge to help them in the best way possible.

We believe in a true 4PL model in which we work alongside our customers to design an optimal transportation network, and then search together for the best partners to perform the day-to-day transport activities. We emphasize this partnership approach through 3-party agreements between the customer, e-llis and each transport or warehouse provider to ensure that all conditions are jointly established and fully transparent.
