About the Role

As a Medior Low Code / ESB Developer, you’ll play a crucial role in building and maintaining software solutions for our 4PL operations. You’ll leverage low-code platforms to create efficient and scalable applications that enhance our logistics processes. Additionally, you will develop ESB solutions which will drive efficiency, reliability, and scalability across our supply chain operations. Your work will directly impact our clients’ supply chain management, ensuring seamless operations and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into low-code solutions.
  • Develop and maintain applications using low-code platforms (such as OutSystems, Mendix, or Appian).
  • Customize and configure existing low-code modules to meet specific business needs.
  • Optimize application performance, ensuring smooth functionality and responsiveness.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions with existing systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Design, develop, and implement ESB solutions to facilitate data exchange between various applications, systems, and partners.
  • Configure and manage ESB components, including message queues, adapters, and routing rules.
  • Participate in system testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with low-code development platforms (e.g., OutSystems, Mendix, Appian, or similar) as a plus.
  • Proficiency in UML (Unified Modeling Language) and SQL.
  • Experience with ESB platforms is a plus (e.g., MuleSoft, Lobster, or similar).
  • Proficiency in Java, XML, and SOAP/REST web services.
  • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML5/CSS3) and REST or RPC APIs.
  • Familiarity with design/architectural patterns (e.g., Model-View-Controller).
  • Strong analytical skills and effective time management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Curiosity about new technologies and a proactive attitude toward implementation.
  • Ability to deliver quality work with minimal supervision.
